The Royal Belgian Institute for Space Aeronomy (BIRA-IASB) has been involved in the Cluster mission since its inception. BIRA-IASB is particularly involved in the development of instruments for measuring space waves and in the analysis of their data. The methods developed for Cluster are still used to analyze data from current space missions and better understand space weather.

BIRA-IASB scientists have made extensive use of the data from the Cluster mission and continue to do so. The exhibition presents a book written by three scientists affiliated with this institute. A reading tip for those who want to know more about the magnetosphere?
